How To Order

1. Choose your product/s

2. Upload your photos and add names or preferences and description you want on the design 

3. Checkout ( there you will see your shipping rates as well before confirming to purchase)

You can change price currency for your country in the footer bar

Once we have received your order and payment your design (template designs under digital designs) will normally be ready between 5-10 business working days (Monday - Friday).

Custom design orders are approx 2-3 weeks depending if photos and design info has all been recieved.
*please note that during busy times artwork can take longer up to 21 days. If you need something urgently please specify in special instructions so we will contact you.                                                      
We will email you proof of your design before submitting to our suppliers. ( or via alternative contact methods)

If you have ordered a product once shipped a tracking number will be supplied to you.

The better quality of your photos determine the outcome of your design. We will sometimes ask you to send more photos if the ones sent get rejected by our artists. As we want you to be 100% satisfied with our work.

*Please ensure for multi pet designs photos need to be of INDIVIDUAL pets

* High resolution photos please and less accessories
